(I realise I should probably post this at like 9am so it'll be 21309 -_- But well I find myself online at 11.58pm on 12 February and actually consciously aware of the time for once, as if I know I'm waiting for the clock to struck twelve.)

I love us all (it's not even you guys, it's us all.).

My beloved 213,

It's been 364 days since our first performance of Material Girls. 364 days. Today our juniors put up their performance and while it was good, it's never quite Material Girls - because we're unsurpassable :D (... okay other than Dreamchild BUT I STILL THINK WE'RE ON PAR WITH THEM HA. And seriously for those of you WHO DIDN'T GO/CAN'T GO, if we were to compete this year we would have totally won -_- Unless there's something fantastical tomorrow. Which I highly doubt so.)

Sorry to be so nostalgic esp to the ones in China now (and to those who have just arrived in Beijing I hope you aren't freezing your fingers off already XD) but uh, today I realised no matter how crazy 310 is (LOL for once I really quite liked 310 today. Probably because we only had like 1/3 of the people left ._.), I will never ever ever feel for it like 213. And everything seems to be coming back to me, like remembering how we were all so tense while waiting for the judges to announce the groups that have made it to the finals and it was the last place left and neither us nor 202 was called yet. And how we felt when they announced during morning assembly the next day, that we too got in via Audience's Choice. (And guys we made history okay, it's all because of us that they're allowing the Audience's Choice winner into the finals too this year ^^) All the insanity that was rehearsals and teaching Zouyan how to seduce people and sewing the cow's head back on and Mel failing at wearing wigs and "DOM THERE IS NO MORE CHICKEN" and how our chalet was basically drama rehearsals (which I didn't mind, not at all). And how I wasn't even remotely worried for EOY results, it was all just DRAMA FEST. Material Girls. That's all I frankly cared about.

And it wasn't just drama fest, it was so many many many things. Even stuff like going to clean up at the beach (HAHA AUNTY CHAN WHY MUST WE GOOOOO :P) which 310 is complaining insanely over, I can't help but think I completely won't mind going if it was with 213. I really really miss how we were always making the best out of everything, how WE WERE ALL JUST ALWAYS SO POSITIVE. (haha we're too guai already lah XD) Idk maybe it's different for other classes, but 310 isn't like that at all -coughs- and it just makes me remember and ache for how it used to be.

-okay this is getting too sentimental this was meant to be an email originally. ._. Decided to shift it here lalala-

So um. I love you all. And I miss you terribly. I'm "trapped in the past, I can't seem to move on" yeah? :P But well we're Permanent Thirteen. That's what I really believe we are. And that's what we really are.

I really agree with Moony that we should do something for Teachers' Day next year. :D Maybe not related to polar bears, but. Something. Us, together. ^^

And I WILL MOTIVATE MYSELF TO THINK ABOUT CLASS CHALET? .______________. AND MAKE IT HAPPEN. T_T

Anyway, if you recall, earlier this year we thought it'd be a good idea for everyone to bring their 13 tee[s] with them on their respective GCPs, and take photos of ourselves with the thirteen tee ALL OVER THE WORLD :D So this is a friendly reminder to REMEMBER TO BRING IT ALONG and to REMEMBER TO TAKE PHOTOS :D :D
What I'm thinking is, by the time we reach graduation we'd basically have photos of thirteeners all over the globe, especially after global GCP next year. Then we can compile all the photos + other epic 213 photos off facebook and make like a mini compilation of photos of everyone to give to everyone after graduation so we can remember each other by! :D See imagine how cool that would be.

So anyway. Yes.

Your can start bringing the stuff for the funfair next week (it'll be kept in a box in class)
But for those bringing food your can just bring it on that day itself
Please reply me about how much the item that you are bringing costs and whether you want to donate or just share in class fund. you can just send me an email or write on my facebook wall or just tell me in class, anyway just reply :) [by next week]

This is an update because I feel weird and don't want to do homework (way against my better judgement) and sort of miss blogger and REALLY MISSES 213. (And because I want to look at something else other than BrighTEN when I come to this blog HAHAHA just kidding :) )
And I feel like ranting and it's no fun ranting at your own blog. So ranting at your class blog is mysteriously much more interesting XD

Our class lunches have crashed and died T_____________T
And I didn't realise Angjie changed her hairstyle until today when she claims that she changed it "so long ago" :P

I don't want to drift apart ;___________;
Then I don't know if we have the strength/time/energy etc to hold on.

(You know, up till now I still feel as if my index number is 11. :| ahhhhhhhhh.)
(And some/most times I just, really really want to go back to 213 and it scares me because I can no longer form a super HD mental picture, of how it used to be like. It's all blurry and smudged, if you get what I mean.)

Okay for dinner we'll probably grab subway or something and go eat on Vivo's rooftop. :D Then we can buy drinks and stuff and sneak them into the cinema (oops, you didn't just hear me say that), and watch movie! So people going for movie please get $12 ready so you can pay gin when she comes to ask you for it, if not we will not be able to book tickets. and if we can't book tickets then we can go there and THERE WILL BE NO MOVIE TO WATCH T_T So uh yes. Make sure you have money on you.

When we go out to watch a movie + have dinner we already spend around $15. For chalet the $20 covers food and lounging for like 2+ days! AND YOU GET TO BE WITH US, YOUR BELOVED (ex)CLASSMATES. :PP
(And this year for bbq we. are. not. ordering. stingray. that. no. one. wants. to. eat. except the cats. XDD)

Well.
I guess we can say, we're so special and wonderful and etc that the school wants to give us something "special" to "award" us, thus explaining all the changes that has been made to our year.
Anyway the thing is, threethirteen won't be the place for any of us anymore.

So after this year, or maybe from this moment onwards, none of us is a "pure" thirteener anymore. We're all semi-thirteener, semi-oner/eighter/niner(only for Chunzi ._. ._. ._.)/tenner/fourteener.

Well. At least this way, we're all, seriously, really, moving on. Together.
(Okay wait I don't think I'm making myself clear. ._. Never mind if you don't get it. Lala.)
I guess what I'm trying to say is, it doesn't seem like those going to 301 or 314 are "leaving" the "thirteener family".
Because the family kind of doesn't exist anymore.
So in a way, it's better, isn't it.
Or maybe I'm just tricking myself. ._.
Okay actually this doesn't make sense in any way. Oh whatever.

Anyway the point of me posting this is, even though we're all going to move on, remember, you've been a part of this wonderful class called 213'09. Remember you have once been a thirteener.
That part of you will always exist. No matter which new identities you take on, you'll always have once been a thirteener.

No matter what new clothes you buy, what new class tees you get, you'll always have a banana-yellow class tee in your wardrobe, and another black one with purple printings (that's so thick and hot and uncomfy that you probably won't wear unless there's no choice, but you won't ever throw away that shirt all the same). (I hope.)
And maybe when you look at those shirts you'll remember.
Stupid things like the banana dance&song, or meaningful events like LSC and funfairs.
And the 22 other people, who have those same shirts as you. (Not including teachers, but they would only have one of the class tees anyway... XD)

I know too well that the human brain loves to forget stuff.
So I don't know. I really don't know how long can I keep the memories of 213.
Even now, the past 2 years of my life, seems like a blur to me already.

The only thing I can do is, treasure what I still have left.

I don't know what I'm getting at with this post honestly.
I'm not saying goodbye.
I won't ever say goodbye.
:D

Oh, just a suggestion: do you want to have like fortnightly 213 lunch sessions :P Like eat lunch together on some unknown day (maybe Friday?) every two weeks and talk about random stuff and everything... Details can be planned out when we find out how on earth exactly are our breaks going to be like next year ._. :P
Yeah I know everyone's going to be busy next year but EATING IS VERY IMPORTANT TO YOU. XD I mean this isn't obligatory but if you're free and all, why not come and, sort of relive the days of 213? :P (Okay I sound like some 70 years old woman now -.-)

Your can start bringing the stuff for the funfair next week (it'll be kept in a box in class)
But for those bringing food your can just bring it on that day itself
Please reply me about how much the item that you are bringing costs and whether you want to donate or just share in class fund. you can just send me an email or write on my facebook wall or just tell me in class, anyway just reply :) [by next week]

Hello 213!

This is an IMPORTANT announcement regarding our classroom's table. Today (Friday), a few of us stayed back after class, and we were asked to clear all the things under every single table. The reason for doing so was because the school management has decided that they are going to replace all our current tables with the ones found in normal classrooms (those single-desked blue ones). I should think that this is to facilitate the upcoming block tests, so we don't have to take them in the Board Room, but I'm not absolutely sure about the exact reason.

So, all the things that you have left under your desk are on the table at the back of the class currently. We have left them in ~~neat~~ piles, so I don't think there'll be a problem with retrieving your own items back next Monday. Yup that's all, please take note, and don't be too shocked by this! I should think that we're all equally sad that our nice and big tables are now G-O-N-E. Well, so are 212's.

Yeah anyway. Youth Day Funfair.

I think we really need to settle the stuff for the funfair ._. before the hols start and everything... ._. since we didn't have enough time to discuss last week (:P) Jiamin sent an email but I'm not really sure who replied so...

Okay for drinks comm XUEDI WE NEED YOU TO CONTACT YOUR MOM'S FRIEND! :P so yeah... I shall go bother you on MSN everyday during the June hols until you contact her XD because we need to confirm with her:
-how much is one 'bucket' of soya bean milk
-will cups be provided? and straws? ice? (probably not for the last one...)

So drinks will need:
- cups (if not provided)
- straws (ditto)
- ice! can those people with iceboxes volunteer to bring some?
- PEARLS. anyone knows where to buy them? I can ask my 2/5 friend... and who&how are we going to cook them? Okay we can probably find the methods online so yeah someone can volunteer to cook it?

Chia made some suggestions (read: complained) about the duty roster, so TA-DAAA.

The different duties that you do (i.e. sweeping, wiping tables, whiteboard) will be alternated every fortnight.
In a more graphical form:
Name 1 --> Name 2 --> Name 3 --> Name 4 --> Name 1
(erm. I hope that helped.)
(If it just confused you even more... Just ask me, okay? :D)

But still, explanation:
Name 1 shifts to do the duties of Name 2. Name 2 shifts to do duty of Name 3. And so on. So Name 4 does the Name 1 duty instead.

This continues for 2 weeks, then you shift again~ Isn't that so FUN. ;D
We'll take note of course, and check to see if you did duty.
