hello!
well, the school year is officially over, but there are a few matters we need to wrap up. :D
1. C&D FUNDRAISING
for the marshmallows-on-sticks right, i think dom is able to buy the items needed. shihui can sponsor the marshmallows, so uh.. that shall... be the case? >< as for generally, for the roasting of marshmallows on the day itself, we will need an oven or hotplate or toaster or something that works, i guess... hopefully we will get a powerpoint... cause im not very sure we will.
bubble tea! gaoge and dom very kindly went to check with the bubble tea shop today and they have paid the deposit and ordered the flavours.
do remember to bring class fund on monday of $4 if you havent paid. its urgent ok, so do remember! we need it to pay for the rest of the bubble tea or we wont be able to have it on the fundraising day. which is bleh.
as for the schedule on fundraising day, do you want a very detailed plan or just randomly whoever wants to do what (everyone has to have initiative though) just do. like go around persuading people to buy the tea or who is gonna stay at the stall and man it. remember on YDF no one stuck to the schedule lah... so i dont think it matters really >< but if a lot of people want it i can draw up one :D
2. CLASS OUTING
based on what everyone has written on the schedule, it seems that its just about impossible to plan a full-day outing... and many many days have at least one person who cannot make it.
possible dates: 5/11, 14/11, 25/11, 27/11, 12/12, 15/12, 22/12, 24/12, 26/12
these are the dates which only two people or less cannot make it. (not counting cca) sadly with cca the number of people who can go is painfully little ><
ok.. anyway, i think we can just discuss this after the C&D practise on monday, since everyone should be turning up, but please do go and check your schedules first.

uhh.. this was copied from the email i sent. and as an extra, i forgot to add
1. who can go collect the bubble tea on the 10th? or is anyone's parents willing to provide transport for the bubble tea to nanyang?
2. anyone-who's-good-at-art! can like... make a poster or just about-A3-ish kind of paper to notify people of what we are selling and the prices or something.
oh and i'd be emailing the teacher-in-charge of the fundraising... so hopefully some of our questions can be answered :D
