Hello! For LSC, apart from those in the packing list, I think we also have to bring some other stuff:
a blindfold
a scoop (for bathing)
a pair of chopsticks (for amazing race)
a torch (for Night Trail?)
And so sorry I forgot, we also need about two pails for some of the games... do your want to just reuse the ones for bathing or get different pails? : Thanks.

Regarding the deadlines of Chinese SIA 档案s, the schedule is just a rough guideline. We need not necessarily follow that. BUT, we have to submit our 档案 as a class, which means we have to decide on which day we want to hand in our 档案. Also, I won't be collecting the first 档案 next week so that we have more time to work on it. SEE!!! I AM SO NICE~~ ^^

cuz there's some changes, we dun have to do the 206 game anymore.
so we are only handling ours and ours only for FOUR times...
so balloon ppl stay in balloon and obstacle in obstacle kay.
i am gonna make a roster and instruction for supervisors during the weekends.
cuz we do not need so much ppl at one time, u can take turns! ;D to work. ;X

LSC drama:

shall we do a skit about the lyrics of balloons?
about a little girl whose dream when she was young was to fly with a balloon.
and she forgot aher dream when she grew up then rmb-ed it and decided to travel in a
HOT AIR BALLOON.
then she travels around and go different place and ppl from different countries write their wishes on the hot air balloon or give her gifts.

Okay this is kind of last minute but I completely forgot about this.

Well.
WE ARE SUPPOSED TO COME UP WITH A SKIT FOR LSC!!!!!!!!!

Yes this is super last minute D: but we still have about 2 weeks to work on it?

The requirements are:
1) everyone MUST be involved!!!!
2) should be as creative as possible...
3) we must have a theme or a main prop (that kind of brings out a theme I guess?)
4) it should not be longer than 5 minutes!

Okay so it's a 5 min skit... so it cannot be too long (which is kind of a relief :P)

Everyone please help to think of ideas that the skit can be based on! I'm hoping we can come up with a draft of the script by this weekend then we uh rehearse and edit script and find props next week? (and after that is lsc! :P)
And can anyone volunteer to write the script? xD (if no one wants to write it I'll have to and you can be reassured that I will screw it up and come up with a whole bunch of lame stuff with zero standard that no one will be satisfied about -.- then the whole perf will be ruined ._. so yeah to prevent that from happening please offer to help :D)

So uh. THINK OF IDEAS KAY EVERYONE(:

ur activity coordinator here to update on the class tee! ;D
haha. see i am doing WORK lor...
haha. i am contacting the 208 supplier.
and she has called to tell me that our class tee is still expensive if we do everything in
silk screen. which requires templates made.
she provided some solutions to reduce our price.

first it's the design:
it's too complicated and has many colours.
and since we have 25 ppl only... sadly, it's actually very the not practical.
ok, stare at the 2 designs below, i am gonna explain how we are doing it.




ok, there's two type of printing: SILK SCREEN and HEAT TRANSFER.
heat transfer is what we did last year, as in the paste on.
and silk screen is more lasting and inks and requires templates.
so it is more expensive because for every colour, they have to make one template.
and each template is $60.
so if we have 4 colours on the front it will be like $240
divide by 25 ppl.
+ the back and separated printing, tee shirt and printing,
it's gonna be very ex.

so now, heat transfer is cheaper and u can be as colourful as possible.
but the thing is, the design has to be small.
which ours isn't.
then we are combining the 2 methods.
for the domo on the front,
i reduced the size and we can print it with the heat transfer method.
so is the tuzki, if u all still wans it.
i put two designs for u to compare.
then the domo at the back will also be heat transfer.
i shall ask her if she can do the heat transfer for the words TWO THIRTEEN;; and the heart
together with the domo. so it makes sure we only have one colour(black) for front and back.

then, i removed the white in the speech bubble to reduce colours.
because silk screen can print big things.
then we are making 2 templates for the front and the back, in black.
so it will now be cheaper!
it the tuzki gets too ex, we will remove it!
cuz the supplier is rather good and they have resaonable price i think.

so, it will likely be confirmed if we can keep the price below $20.
so now sizes!!!
i have heard from yinghui about the samples of their shirt.
ppl like JIAMIN's size shall be XS(cuz yinghui's size is about there)
so u can go deduce ur own size!
i wan an XXXL one;D;D
i think that's all i have now...

hi, your drawing is not in proportion.
yes we certainly can change the front drawing to a single A3 size,
but you have to imagine that the A3 is lower to the bottom,
and will not appear to look like it is on the front chest level.

this is especially more pronounced in larger size shirt.
the price for a 4C A3 on front and 4C A4 on back using a retail grade full comb cotton round neck tee is about $28 - $30.
if you have a budget,
then i may be able to tell you what are the things you can do to further
reduce eg. reduce size and reduce color etc.

and the price given to me was w/o printing ur names at the back(as some wanted)
