haha. see i am doing WORK lor...
haha. i am contacting the 208 supplier.
and she has called to tell me that our class tee is still expensive if we do everything in
silk screen. which requires templates made.
she provided some solutions to reduce our price.
first it's the design:
it's too complicated and has many colours.
and since we have 25 ppl only... sadly, it's actually very the not practical.
ok, stare at the 2 designs below, i am gonna explain how we are doing it.
ok, there's two type of printing: SILK SCREEN and HEAT TRANSFER.
heat transfer is what we did last year, as in the paste on.
and silk screen is more lasting and inks and requires templates.
so it is more expensive because for every colour, they have to make one template.
and each template is $60.
so if we have 4 colours on the front it will be like $240
divide by 25 ppl.
+ the back and separated printing, tee shirt and printing,
it's gonna be very ex.
so now, heat transfer is cheaper and u can be as colourful as possible.
but the thing is, the design has to be small.
which ours isn't.
then we are combining the 2 methods.
for the domo on the front,
i reduced the size and we can print it with the heat transfer method.
so is the tuzki, if u all still wans it.
i put two designs for u to compare.
then the domo at the back will also be heat transfer.
i shall ask her if she can do the heat transfer for the words TWO THIRTEEN;; and the heart
together with the domo. so it makes sure we only have one colour(black) for front and back.
then, i removed the white in the speech bubble to reduce colours.
because silk screen can print big things.
then we are making 2 templates for the front and the back, in black.
so it will now be cheaper!
it the tuzki gets too ex, we will remove it!
cuz the supplier is rather good and they have resaonable price i think.
so, it will likely be confirmed if we can keep the price below $20.
so now sizes!!!
i have heard from yinghui about the samples of their shirt.
ppl like JIAMIN's size shall be XS(cuz yinghui's size is about there)
so u can go deduce ur own size!
i wan an XXXL one;D;D
