hi, your drawing is not in proportion.
yes we certainly can change the front drawing to a single A3 size,
but you have to imagine that the A3 is lower to the bottom,
and will not appear to look like it is on the front chest level.
this is especially more pronounced in larger size shirt.
the price for a 4C A3 on front and 4C A4 on back using a retail grade full comb cotton round neck tee is about $28 - $30.
if you have a budget,
then i may be able to tell you what are the things you can do to further
reduce eg. reduce size and reduce color etc.
